A stunning azurite and malchite specimen from the famous copper deposits at the Milpillas Mine in Sonora, Mexico! This specimen features a vivid blue azurite crystals, with highly complex growth features, nestled perfectly, between several malachite groups. The azurite exibits a wet luster and is complete around the backside. The malachite is comprised of aggregates of minute, acicular crystals and is of a vibrant green color. The assemblage has formed upon a bit of matrix, and is undamaged.
